seguo la dieta lowfodmap da molti anni e mi aiuta molto a tenere a bada l’intestino
irritabile ma anche a magiare nel corretto modo per non esacerbare la

la fase di eliminazione ho provato ad introdurre i vari alimenti ma come vi
dicevo non sono riuscita a reintrodurre la pasta. Mangio riso integrale a pranzo
e la sera pane con lievito madre che preparo in casa. Secondo le linee guida il
pane per essere digeribile deve essere fatto con lievito madre e farina di
farro perché il farro è un cereale che contiene meno fruttano. Io riesco a
mangiare anche il pane con grano preparato con lievito madre ma ognuno deve

Sono rapidissimi da cucinare non prevedendo l'ammollo e sono meno fastidiosi per chi patisce di intestino irritabile perché sono privi di pellicina esterna.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: large;">I fagioli cannellini decorticati sono pratici e molto gustosi sia preparati con pasta o riso ma anche per gustare un semplice vellutata di legumi.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: large;">L'unico inconveniente è che non sono facilissimi da reperire, ben che meno se li cercate di origine italiana. Io lo ho ricevuti in regalo da un'amica che abita qualche centinaia di kilometro di distanza. In pentola aggiungi uno spicchio d'aglio tagliato fine.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: large;">Nel frattempo lava e pulisci le cozze e falle aprire a fuoco vivace in una padella.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: large;">Nella pentola dove hai cotto i fagioli allunga l'acqua a sufficienza per cuocere il riso e sala.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: large;">Porta a cottura girando di tanto in tanto.
